Handmade Paper

Paper can come from any plant-based product, and I've spent years cooking up plant fibers, recycling old paper, and turning it all into sheets of paper perfect for decorating, collage, junk journaling, and more. Each sheet is hand-made using my own mould and deckle, a washtub, a pile of felt squares I cut from an old blanket, the sun, and a lot of love.

These packs of handmade paper are available with a mix of paper in three sheet sizes:

  • Large: 10" X 17"
  • Medium:
  • Small: 7" X 7"

  • About This Paper

This handmade paper may include recycled paper or fabric, or natural fibers such as thistle, cottonwood, or other plants from North Dakota. Imperfections are part of nature, life, the process, and therefore, part of the final product. Paper has not been sized and is suitable for collage or decor, not ink or paint.

  • What's in each pack?

The handmade paper packs come in three sizes: large, medium, and small, filled with several sheets of paper that vary in size and/or type. Each pack has a different selection of paper. If you have a particular color or a set of papers you'd like based on the photos you see here, please mention it in the notes when you place your order. Each paper set is unique from the others, and while I can't guarantee you'll get what you ask for, I'll do my best.
