Once upon a time, back in the 2010s, there was Lone Prairie Cupcakes. Though I made many more desserts and items as a pastry chef working in a local patisserie and on my own, jumbo-sized cupcakes became a signature item. You'll see them pop up in many of the images below.
Cupcakes, miniature cakes, chocolate, ganache, tarts, hot cocoa mix, cake pops, cookies—for years I was up to my elbows all day every day in making desserts, pastries, and breads. But most people probably remember the cupcakes more than anything.
