Chocolate Cupcakes

Homemade chocolate cupcakes, decked out with buttercream frosting made from scratch, are the best way to admit that every day can be a party.

The cake base is a moist chocolate cake, and the frosting is rich homemade vanilla buttercream. But here's where we have some fun: the frosting color and decor will vary (though always using subtle and soft color schemes), and every once in a while, the cupcake might have a flavor theme on top of the base chocolate-flavor cake!

CONTENTS: 6 cupcakes, seasonally decorated.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, wheat flour, eggs, cocoa, milk, water, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Frosting contains powdered sugar, butter, cream, salt, flavoring, food coloring.

Homemade items do not contain preservatives. This item is best enjoyed within a day or two of pickup, or wrapped carefully and put in the freezer for up to six months. If you will be eating your cupcakes within a few days of purchase, you can leave them on your counter so the buttercream frosting doesn't get stiff in the refrigerator. Or, let them sit out for about half an hour before eating.
