This grayscale template is undated and can be printed for personal use only. It is legal size (8.5 x 14) and would print on one sheet with the option to fold.
On the left side, you write the dates for the week. You can color block times you are busy for each day. The "To Do Eventually" block is the size of a Post-it note that you can move to another planner page if it is not completed that week. On the right side, you can put in more detail for each day, have a running to-do list, and write down your goal for the week. There is plenty of room in the middle to write, take notes, or sketch.
