financially responsible for any kind of bodily injury or death; damage, loss
or theft of personal property; or accidents of any kind that occur on or in
any of our property, buildings or equipment. Guests are responsible for
their own actions, their own health, and their own safety; accidental,
unplanned or planned costs stemming from any activity are solely the
responsibility of the guest. Guests are not allowed in outbuildings or
motorized vehicles not of their own. They are restricted to residing in the
house unless given other permission. Permission to use other buildings is
done with the understanding that guests are still responsible for accidents
or injury that may occur within the buildings and in no way indicates
responsibility on the part of The Homestead and its owners and property
owners.
