Running the 5K vicariously with Lone Prairie.

Lone Prairie: Where the cow-workers run 4 mph.
My friend and
"How fast do you run?"
"I run about 4 miles/hour."
"You're kidding."
"No," I said. "I told you I was slow. Slow and steady."
"You're kidding."
Anna had all kinds of ideas to help me, such as attaching bungee cords to me so I'd keep up and not get left behind. Regardless of that and other dubious suggestions, she did have a good one. "We should wear Lone Prairie T-shirts and be the Lone Prairie team."
I agreed. I'm all for over-exposing my brand.
And, for the past two months, I've been nagged to get them done.
I now introduce the Team Lone Prairie 5K T-shirt. You can get a women's T-shirt or the more unisex men's T-shirt. I've left the option for you to customize it available, so you can add words or other things to the design if you want.
The shirt's cartoon is a bit odd, and stems from one of the many Facebook conversations I've had with Anna that border between mildly insulting and more mildly insulting. In a true Freudian slip, Anna referred to co-workers as "cow-workers" (oh, the revelation of typos), and I quickly jumped on that in reference to a recent bout of "you don't really run that slowly, do you?"
Enjoy.
Live vicariously.

I heard this is the most awesome-ist shirt ever! I can not wait to get mine. It will be here any day now and then I will be at the head of a fashion revolution.

Just so you know, I trotted (yes, I was really trotting) out the Official Lone Prairie T-Shirt to another 5k today. I am such a good little advertising ho. (I hope I can use ho on this site!) All 100 or so people may have seen it. Do the stats for the site reflect the increased visibility you should be receiving?

Sorry, there weren't 100 people there. Even counting the spectators. There were 39 in the 5k and 10 in the 10k. Plus a few cute children ran a 1k. It was a bit different than the Fargo version.
I wonder where all the hits are coming from?
Did you hear? I was 2nd in my age group for females...oh, I think there were 3 in that group.
