The Reactionary Blogger: Reacting to Footnote Accusation.

Mark, I1 have2 long had3 a thing4 for footnotes*; it's no secret5.

-----------------------------------
Footnotes

1There is too much "I" in my writing, but I (oops) have difficulty in finding other ways to refer to myself without using the the rather rude and inaccurate method of "you" as a general reference to people. So, I (ack) use "I."

2A fine present-tense expression of ownership2B.

3The past tense version of footnote number 2.

4 The Thing is one of John Carpenter's better films, in my opinion.

5Despite it's premium price tag, Secret is not the best deodorant. Suave, which has a lower price-point, works just as well.

------------------------------------
Footnote Footnotes

2BThis could possibly lead to a discussion on the reality of ownership. Do we own anything, really? Can living beings2B-B with limited living potential "own" anything?

----------------------
Um....

2B-B By living beings, I'm meaning humans.

------------------------

*In a jolting move of irony, only the word "footnotes" has no footnote. It does, however, have an asterisk.

Ahmadinejad is full of shit.

So is Columbia University.

"There was no Holocaust!"

"We are interested in free speech and challenging ideas!"

How many bodies in mass graves?

How many speakers booed off the stage?

Full of shit.

Both.

Jim said that some of my blog posts are very long.

I said, "But some are also short."
