I've emptied my bags and washed all my clothes. I've checked my email and found an order for a painting, an order for a T-shirt design, an order for a logo for a software company in Australia, a bunch of spam, an art technique "help me" question, a help request from a customer whose website I designed, two nasty emails and one seriously inappropriate email from some random freak out on the internet, a thank you for a commissioned painting I recently complete, a note from my friend Molly and a week's worth of Dilbert comics stagnating in my inbox.
I'm definitely back in my usual world, though I don't know if it's the real one or not.
I didn't update this site during my trip because, frankly, I didn't want to do battle to get on the computer with an internet connection. I've started typing my trip journals, and within a day or two you can read all the gorey details for yourself.
It was the best trip I've been on so far.
UPDATE: I've typed all day and I am happy to announce that all of my trip journals are now online, ready to read. Just check out the 2006 section on this page for the link.
