Wall of Shame: Age 1

What is the Wall of Shame?
This post got me to thinking about our family's infamous "Wall of Shame." At the back of the house, mom has, lined up on the wall, everyone's picture in order from age one up until 11th grade. It's hideous. We try to keep guests from going back there. But, like I said, that post got me to thinking. I've had some really, really bad hair. Some really, really bad photos. In honor of my upcoming birthday, I have decided to share these age-progressing monstrosities with you because I'm the blogger that just keeps on giving.
In this case, you're going to have a good laugh. That's my gift. Believe you me, you're going to want to stay on top of this three-day 17-year photo spread Wall-of-Shame blowout.

Age One
What can I say. Orange polyester, bib included.
Constipated? Not too happy with the photographer? Solemn face a foreshadowing of the personality to come?
Nah.
This is mostly about orange polyester, a bib with tulips and itchy tights that make my legs look like German sausages. I am part German, after all.
Watch out. I bite.

"In honor of my birthday?"
Oh? Is there a birthday in the offing? Who knew.

Hey! You're birthday's coming up? When is it... actually I'll probably feel stupid now 'cause it's in your profile or something isn't it?
Anyway, mine's coming up too but I'm not brave enough to post any old pictures of myself.

I have the same birthday as Elvis Presley. (Google is calling).
Did you know it doesn't take bravery to post pictures from childhood? Everyone looks the same: hilarious.
However, you are NOT going to want to miss the photo from age 15 because it is soooooooooooo awful. Posting that one? It will take bravery. Trust me.
I'll do anything for my readers.
