Some dirty secrets of mine. (a.k.a. "Not that there's anything wrong with that")

I have a few dirty secrets.
  1. I don't get hip hop. At all.
  2. I think Jeff Goldblum is hot, although it might just be the glasses.
  3. I secretly admire Ned Flanders.
  4. I can eat an entire Domino's medium cheese pizza in one sitting. And have.
  5. I like Prince. If that's what it sounds like when the doves cry, sign me up.
  6. I want to punch Bill Murray hard in the face, mainly because of his What about Bob? role.
  7. I want to punch Meg Ryan hard in the face and see if her lips pop.
  8. I'm starting to see how cheesy (albeit still good) the old Star Trek: TNG episodes were.
  9. I'm in love with Mr. Darcy.
  10. Out of all the fine films out there, of all the redeeming movies of hope and promise that I could choose...my two favorite movies are The Dirty Dozen and Happy Gilmore. I can watch them over and over and never get tired of them.
Not that there's anything wrong with that...

Ten dirty secrets. Meme that.

::Bonus dirty secret: I often go out on the front deck at night and either howl like a coyote or play my didjeridoo to get the coyotes and all dogs within five miles howling. It's my special gift.::

Mr. Darcy from "Pride and Prejudice?"

I share at least one of those "secrets" with you: a fondness for Prince's music. I think I've even blogged about "Kiss" before, although I'm too lazy to confirm that.

Just because you think Jeff Goldblum is a hunk doesn't mean you're to be forgiven for slandering Murray's Bob.

Denise: It is, indeed, Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice.

Eric: Rock on. (If I were prone to saying such a phrase.)

Girlfriday: I didn't slander Mr. Murray. I just said I wanted to do him bodily damage. I think that's a higher road, don't you? Completely acceptable. Heh.

...inferring that it was a bad role. Or he played it badly. Or you didn't like his hair.

Or maybe you just like to hit.

I just hated the Bob character. I felt so bad for pitiful Richard Dreyfuss, weaving a little basket all mute and angry in the psychiatric ward. Vile Bob! Irritating Bob.

And I like to hit. Shamefully.

Hello Julie,

Howling is a good theraputic activity in which more people should take part (SMILE). Also, I just thought you should probably tell people what a Didgeridoo was.

Here are some facts about it;

10 DIDGERIDOO FACTS
1. Possibly the world's oldest musical instrument
2. A wind instrument originally found in Arnhem Land, Northern Australia.
3. Is made from limbs and tree trunks hollowed out by termites (insects).
4. Is cut to an average length of 1.3 metres and cleaned out with a stick or hot coals.
5. Was used as an accompaniment to chants and songs.
6. Produces a low-pitch, resonant sound with complex rhythmic patterns.
7. In sure tribal groups only played by men but in most groups by men, women and children.
8. Traditional various forms at the didjeridoo where found in Central Australia around Alice Springs.
9. The Didgeridoo is the sound of Australia.
10.If the earth had a voice it would be the sound of the Didgeridoo.

Hope this clears up any confusion.
