There’s an unhappy story somewhere in these three ads that were in yesterday’s classified section of the local newspaper. That, and possibly the material for a country western song.

“They’re just trying to group the customers together,” I said, trying to reassure myself more than anyone else. “It’s not so much grouping as it is clumping!” my friend said. I had to agree. We were packed in tight. It’s never fun when the restaurant hostess leads you through a half-empty eatery with cozy booths …

I don’t think I need to say much beyond how this makes me laugh. At least my sister Janet signed the note in lovely cursive. I’m not sure who she wrote it to, whether it was my mom or my older sister Jacqui. Jacqui recently posted this online and I simply had to blog it.
