• We'll be raffling off two wool Hampden letterman's jackets, donated by the Schrader's (Larry and Judy Schrader; Janelle Schrader; Troy, Sally, Samantha and Logan Schrader; Loren Schrader). Watch for further details of when the tickets go on sale!
• Some new photos have been added to the photo section (moving the Methodist church, and some general shots of town).
• See photos and read about Hampden residents helping out Lyle Woldmoe with his wheat crop on August 22, 2003.
• Donate online to help the centennial planning. Links are now up and ready for you to send your donation via the internet!
• We've adjusted the deadline for submitting your family histories. Please please please send your history. This means you! If you're out of the house and on your own - whether in your 20s or 90s...we want to hear from you. Tell us what you've been up to. That's your history.
• New photos! Check out Rudser's barn.
• Thanks to Norma Ruth Skaar, we now have some help for those of you who aren't sure what to write about for your family history! Guaranteed to jog anyone's memory, check out this helpful page.
• Read the article that ran May 5, 2003 in the Cavalier County Republican about the Hampden Centennial Celebration.
• Working on adding obituaries... only a few there now, but working on a large collection as time allows.
• New addition to the history portion of the website! Entitled Remember When: Hampden Stories, this page allows you to submit anecdotes and stories you remember from growing up or living in Hampden.  We rely on your submissions to fill the page with stories, so start sending them in, long or short!
• Lots of new photos in the 'photo' section of the Hampden History area of the site.  These include individuals, shots of old Hampden stores (interiors), and many group shots.  We could use your help identifying people in the group shots...so check them out and see if you can give us a hand!
• Although the history book does not have a set purchase price yet, you may let us know you are interested and pre-order from the history book link to the left.
• The first mailing has gone out for the Hampden All School Reunion!  Information for the history book was included as well.  If you did not receive a mailing, or would like to print out the letter online, visit this page, print, fill out, and mail!
• You may still use the online register form to let us know your address and such, but you will still need to send the form you received in the mail back with the required fee.  Details are contained in the letter
