This is a Deja vu for me many years ago, except I had the noisy revelers above me. I went so far as to load my shotgun...just for the therapeutic fantasy of the act. I then went upstairs, w/o the SG and asked them to turn off the noise or I would call my narc force friends. Must have hit a nerve as the volume went down dramatically.
