Fiber is good for you, but this post is not medical in nature.
“I should take some Metamucil to boost my moral fiber level,” my friend said to me in an email conversation in which we were talking about annoyances and our inability to properly deal with people in a lovely manner.
“Metamucil merely makes you full of s**t. Literally.” I said. “I may trademark that.”
“Hmm. Metamucil de-s**ttifies, doesn’t it?” my friend responded.
“Ah. Good point,” I replied. “Maybe I’ll blog that — ‘How to get the s**t out’.”
So, in thinking further, I now began my white whale search for a Metamucil equivalent in blogging, something to cut through all of the B.S.
It’s all about the fiber.
