Granted, most people hate the idea of ever living North Dakota, but the Almighty apparently hates the state.
Using Ezekiel 26:19 (King James Version, mind you, since that’s what Jesus used), we have proof that God hates North Dakota. Mind you, the two verses before this cherry-picked beauty describe a city by the sea, which is quite a feat of interpretation for North Dakota, home to the Geographical Center of North America i.e. “look — no ocean anywhere nearby whatsoever!” When God chooses to wipe out North Dakota by bringing the ocean depths up over us, the good folks of places like Kansas — home to WBC — might want to get their waders on, too.
Lucky Minnesota. Their flooding must be holy.
The further reasoning for Dakota Hate from on High is as follows:
“God sent the flood waters to cover the evil people of Bismarck and Fargo, ND, where you flipped off God and raised your hands against his anointed by criminalizing WBC’s gospel preaching against fags and fag-enablers in January 2007.”
Whee. So we don’t let a bunch of weirdos protest at funerals about homosexuals. I can see the connection.
I don’t think God hates the Westboro Baptist Church (which is, again, located in Kansas, which is the geographical center of the United States), and all the completely sick people who make it up (many with the same genomes). It’s just too bad they made a city drowning in water their current whipping boy; they might want some water to wet their lips with in the place they’re headed. All the better for them; these people would be miserable in heaven, for there would be no disaster or pain in which they could pin the blame on for all their various gospels.
