A few years later I registered the name with the state of North Dakota. Lone Prairie Art Works first had its web presence in 1999, a presence that has since changed in look and content over the years as I familiarized myself with web site design and entered the ebb and flow of the fast-changing internet. I'm a long way from the 50 year mark, but not doing too badly for not having solicited venture capital.
